Return & Preview Policies
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Safety Video’s library of training tapes. That is why if you receive a video title that is either damaged or non-working, simply return it to Safety Video within 10 days of receipt, letting us know why you are returning it. Safety Video will then replace the damaged or non-working video title with another copy of the same video title at NO CHARGE to you. All other Safety Video titles that become damaged or non-working by fault of the customer, may also be returned (postage paid by customer) to Safety Video, letting us know why you returned it. Safety Video will then replace the damaged or non-working video title with another copy of the same video title, for half of the original price as a replacement fee, plus shipping. If you are unsatisfied with a Safety Video title that you purchased through our catalog or on-line video library, the tape may be returned (postage paid by customer) to Safety Video within 10 days of original purchase, letting us know beforehand why you are returning it. Safety Video will then exchange that title for any other title from Safety Videos catalog or on-line video library of equal or lesser value and only charge you the cost of shipping the replacement video. To preview a tape you may preview the title for 10 days for twenty dollars ($20.00) plus shipping, this will be applied to the purchase price of the tape if you decide to keep the video. You must call Safety Video prior to returning a video for any reason, to receive a return authorization and to insure that you receive proper credit.
All CDs, DVDs and written materials are NON-RETURNABLE. Due to the advances in technology, the theft of CD and DVD contents are easy. For this reason all CD, DVD sales are FINAL. No exchange, return, refund or credit will be accepted. Some DVD players will not play our DVD products. Please verify your DVD player will read DVD-R media before purchase.
All videos are copyright by the copyright holders or Safety Video. No video may be resold, leased, rented, duplicated or changed in any manner without written authorization from Safety Video.
At Safety Video, we are committed to providing excellent customer service and outstanding values in safety and training videos while respecting and protecting the privacy of our customers. To better serve you, we may collect and maintain certain information regarding, for example, your product and service preferences, and billing and shipping information. Under no circumstances do we sell or rent this information to other businesses, and we strictly protect and enforce the confidentiality of this information.

For those who make a purchase at Safety Video, in order to fulfill the order, we collect and store your name, address, shipping information, e-mail address, purchase data, and billing information.
2. How does Safety Video use the individualized information that we collect?
In addition to using the information referenced above to fulfill your purchase order, we also retain your name, address, e-mail address and purchase information in our customer database. We use that information to track your order, to respond to your inquiries and to make subsequent purchases you wish to make easier and faster. We also may use that information, from time to time, to contact you concerning our products, services, sales or special promotions of Safety Video. We try to limit those contacts to ones that might be of interest to you. Please be advised that since promotions may already be in process at the time of your request, it may take up to ten weeks before all contacts cease. As a result, you may receive mail or other solicitations from Safety Video during that ten-week period. You may also use the above addresses and phone number to correct or update any of the individual information we have stored.
We currently send e-mails only to those Safety Video customers who request that we do so to provide them with information about our products and services. 3. How is the information Safety Video collects stored and what security procedures do we have in place to protect the confidentiality of that information?
In fact, we will release specific information about you only if we are compelled to do so to comply with valid legal processes such as a search warrant, subpoena or court order or in the unlikely situation where we, in good faith, believe such information is necessary to prevent harm to you or others.
We use secure server technology to keep your personal information – including your billing and account information – as secure as possible. Once your information is stored on our database, we have database security technologies and procedures in place to protect it from access by unauthorized employees or third parties.
4. How does Safety Video protect the safety and privacy of children?
Our site is not directed or marketed to children under the age of 18. We do not intentionally collect or store information on children. If we learn that a child has made a purchase from Safety Video without his or her parent’s consent, we immediately, upon parental request, void the sale, refund any monies collected on the return of the merchandise and remove all information concerning the purchaser and the purchase from our database.
We may change or enhance our policy to improve our service to you. If we do change our policy, we will note those changes on our website. You are welcome to refer to this policy each time you are considering making a purchase.
